Employee Assistance

Providing counseling services for professionals, leaders, and workers via Telehealth (Zoom)

Does stress in your life impact your focus at work?

Perhaps there was an argument with your family member or significant other, causing you to feel stressed out and upset. Maybe you are feeling burnt out or feel like an imposter in the workplace, and personal struggles are preventing you from doing your best at work. You may be going through financial difficulties or grieving the loss of a loved one. You may have turned to unhealthy behaviors, such as substance use or gambling, to cope. All of this may feel like it is causing a significant strain on your relationships and work performance.

You may experience:

  • Difficulties staying focused and productive at work

  • Struggles maintaining your relationships with your friends and family

  • Feelings like you are overwhelmed, unmotivated, and unaccomplished

  • anxiety, panic attacks or feel depressed

  • Feeling like you don't deserve to be here, or that your accomplishments were based purely on luck

Counseling can help

This may feel like a heavy burden, but you can overcome this and recognize your  potential. You can feel accomplished. You can rediscover your passion, recognize your contributions, and achieve your potential. I can help you get there.

Counseling helps you do 3 things:

  • Identify the cause of your struggles

  • Draw connections between the cause of your struggles and the impact it has on your thinking, mood, and how you relate in the workplace

  • Learn tools that will help you reframe your perspective and resolve your difficulties, so you can present your best self and achieve your goals

I will help through this process, tailoring each step to your unique needs and circumstances. My approach to counseling comes from a place of positivity and hope: Believing that neither you or your situation are the "problem," but that it is simply the cycle you are in that needs fixing.

It's time to realize your potential
